We are looking for a Casual Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality personal care, food, and domestic services.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will:

- Provide personal care and support to residents, respecting their independence and preferences.
- Assist with meal preparation, food service, and domestic duties to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and report on residents' health and wellbeing, ensuring their needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community.
- Support village events and contribute to an engaging and enjoyable living environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety (WH&S) policies to maintain a safe and secure environment.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current First Aid Certificate
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, such as personal care, hospitality, or domestic services
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, caring nature and a genuine interest in working with older adults
