**YOUR ROLE**

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will play a crucial leadership role overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of Distribution Centre operations. Working alongside key internal and external contacts, you will actively lead & coordinate daily requirements across labour resources, volumes, and customer priorities to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Lead the DC processing teams across both AM & PM shifts, ensuring all processing targets and customer service expectation levels are achieved
- Actively lead the daily development of team members, in conjunction with Warehouse Manager
- Work closely with the team to ensure high standards of safety and housekeeping are always maintained
- Provide guidance, support and continual improvement mindset
- Assist with daily service level reporting to the broader business
- Hands-on approach to development & team leadership - lead by example
- Developing and maintaining a good culture

Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and full of variety each and every day. You will have exposure to all areas of the Warehousing and Logistics operations, and support and guidance from senior management.

Effective communication skills, the ability to liaise with different departments and key stakeholders, and a focus on customer service excellence is also a part of your skill set.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

- Forklift license - essential
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a previous distribution company within a fast-moving environment
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS office 365, Pronto ERP, FMS, WMS)
- Paper based & RF WMS experience
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train and coach your team members
