HR Business Partner/HR Generalist (Maternity Leave Cover)

Location: Hi-Line Head Office, St Mary’s, SA 5042

Contract Type: Temporary (8 months, including a 1-month handover period)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR support and guidance to supervisors, senior management, and employees across the organisation.
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes, demonstrating a high level of competency in addressing HR matters through various methods, including formal letters.
- Serve as the “go-to person expert” for Employment Hero, with extensive knowledge of the platform’s functionality for HR operations, reporting, and troubleshooting—this is a critical aspect of the role.
- Ensure a smooth handover and transition at the end of the contract period.
- Handle any return-to-work claims, redo any IFAs as needed, and demonstrate an understanding of the associated processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator and or similar role (5+ years’ experience).
- Proficiency in using Employment Hero for various HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
