Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an **Assistant Director of Food & Beverage** to oversee our **Restaurants, Bars, Conferencing, In-Room Dining, and Pool Bar**. Reporting to the **Director of Food & Beverage**, this leadership role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional ready to drive excellence in service, revenue, and guest experience.
**Job Description** Your Opportunity**:

- Oversee daily operations across all **Food and Beverage outlets**, ensuring seamless service and premium guest experiences.
- Train, develop, and inspire the **Food and Beverage team** to uphold Sofitel’s **luxury brand standards**.
- ** Drive revenue growth** through innovative strategies, upselling, and exceptional service delivery.
- ** Elevate the dining experience**, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the **Culinary, Events, and Front Office teams** to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage cost controls, and forecasting to **optimise**performance.
- Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and teamwork.

**Qualifications** Skills and Experience**:

- Proven leadership experience in **luxury hotel Food and Beverage operations**.
- A passion for **elevating guest experiences** and a deep understanding of hospitality trends.
- Strong **financial acumen**, with experience driving revenue.
- The ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Knowledge of **restaurant, bar, and banquet operations**, with a hands-on approach to service.
- Experience training teams on **brand standards, service excellence, and guest engagement**.
