Boutique Disability Services are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist our clients based in the Canning Vale, Fremantle area.

Our clients require assistance in both community engagements and in home supports for up to 20 hours per week. Potential for further support hours for the successful applicant.

As a Boutique Disability support worker, you will provide support in both community participation and in home supports. We have clients that require a variety of supports including assistance with daily living activities, household tasks, community participation, personal care, and transport.

We are looking for staff with:

- The ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- flexibility with working hours including overnight and weekend supports.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in following person-centred support plans.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- A commitment to ensure clients safety and wellbeing are at the centre of all support provided.
- The ability to adapt to each client’s diverse support requirements in a variety of situations.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Qualifications in Disability (Desired but not essential)

Essential Criteria:

- NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to apply)
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid certificate
- Valid Driver’s license
- Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights

Hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications under the SCHADS award. Casual contracts available, with the possibility of Permanent Part-time contracts for the right person.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.60 - $41.26 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening (preferred)
- National Police Clearance (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
