An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Planning Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.

Reporting directly to the Group Store Planning Manager, this role will provide support in various administrative tasks and gain exposure across all facets of the fit-out process from the initial design phase through to completion of build.

**THE ROLE**:

- Liaising with external consultants and suppliers during projects
- Raise purchase orders according to approved works by Project Managers & Coordinators.
- Update and distribute documents such as store opening schedules
- Submit and keep record of invoices to Finance team
- Create file templates according to requirements by Project Managers & Coordinators
- Quantify, source, and order materials and equipment for retail store fitouts
- Coordinate quotes and bookings for small scale couriers and larger scale transport bookings

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Previous experience in a client-side project management team or retail fit-out industry would be beneficial
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/PDF
- Sense of urgency
- Interest in interior design and construction (preferred)
