**About the Role**

- Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
- Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
- Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
- General administration and property related tasks

**About You**

You’re a confident and capable property management professional who’s looking for a role that fits into your life, not the other way around.

To be successful, you will need:

- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A valid Queensland driver’s licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
