**Job Title**: Property Inspection & Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Property Inspection & Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
As the Property Inspection & Housekeeping Supervisor at HostRelax, you will be responsible for ensuring that each property we manage is clean, organized, and comfortable for our guests. You will oversee and guide housekeeping staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Key Management**: Oversee and manage keys to ensure guests can check in smoothly.
- **Supplies Management**: Handle the purchasing and replacement of room supplies to ensure that all guest rooms are well-equipped.
- **Supervision**: Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed to standards.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training to housekeeping staff to ensure they are proficient in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect guest rooms and facilities to ensure they meet the company's cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other essentials, ensuring timely replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented, friendly, and capable of handling repetitive tasks with patience.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or over 3 years of housekeeping experience.
- Able to manage time effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
- Must hold a valid work visa, PR, or Australian citizenship. A valid driver’s license is required.

**Special Requirements**:

- Weekend work is required, with days off during the week. Due to the nature of the job, applicants must be flexible with shift changes.
