**To be successful in this position you will**:

- Be a truly inspirational leader who is well regarded for their communication skills and their ability to coach and mentor their team.

- Have previous retail management experience with a real focus on people.
- Have a passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
- Have had exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Have proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Have a “Can do” proactive attitude and positive team spirit.
