We welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) to join our bustling Supplies Distribution team located in Chelsea Heights.
- The global Coronavirus pandemic severely impacted supply and significantly increased the price of personal protective equipment, tests, and other critical healthcare consumables._
- TLC recognised the need to secure these vital supply chains, and launched _TLC Supplies_, an invitation-only online store, to provide a reliable and cost-effective supply chain solution tailored to the unique challenges of the aged care category._
- Today, the TLC Supplies range continues to expand and includes everything from cleaning products to stationery and office supplies._

The Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) position will support the Warehouse Manager and at ease with fast turnaround and response times and hands-on with traditional storeperson tasks.

You will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, maintain and develop new supplier relationships and contribute to receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivery activities within the warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse Manager ensuring tasks and deadlines are met
- Prepare and process transfer paperwork to each site
- Pick, pack transfers and assist with deliveries as required
- Assist with monthly stocktakes at sites and the warehouse
- Inventory control and monthly reporting
- Coordinate deliveries and stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of products and suppliers
- Enhance warehouse processes and procedures
- General administration

Things that matter to us
- Min. 2 years experience in warehouse operations
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Leadership experience or the want/drive to develop in leadership
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
