Our bottle shop in the Manly/Northern Beaches area is seeking a dedicated Liquor Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, uphold customer service standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage selection, ordering, and pricing of liquor products, ensuring a diverse and appealing assortment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product acquisition and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability in the liquor department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Conduct wine or liquor tastings and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of alcohol, including age restrictions and licensing requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on department performance to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in liquor management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from sales data.
