Position Overview: Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator position is a key leadership role within our team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure adherence to best practices and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Efficient movement of goods using a walkie stacker.

Physically picking and moving goods as required.

Compiling orders for technicians and managing shop transfers.

Taking a leadership role within the warehouse team.

Managing stock integrity across multiple IT platforms.

Decanting bulk chemicals and ensuring proper handling procedures.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

A solid background in warehousing and logistics, with a positive attitude.

Ability to lift up to 25kg.

Strong communication skills, including a professional phone manner.

A current manual driver's license is highly preferred.

Proficiency in computer systems, including daily use of Google Suite. Experience with in-house software is advantageous.

Strong IT skills and a solid understanding of stock management across multiple platforms.

Previous leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
