**ICT Systems Analyst**

We are looking for an ICT Systems Analyst with a skillset in Systems & Data Integration and Compliance Management.

**Location: Sydney - In office**

**Work Type: Permanent (Full-time)** (38 hours per week)

**Salary: $70,000 to $80,000**

**About the role**:
We are looking for an ICT Systems Analyst with a skillset in Systems & Data Integration, Compliance Management, and Maintaining IT Systems to join our team. You must be located in Sydney and be able to work from our office.

**Key requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst working on system integration projects.
- Relevant degree in IT or at least 5 years’ experience in the absence of a degree
- Experience in managing and improving business processes by optimizing ICT systems and processes.
- Experience in designing and conducting user onboarding and training workshops.
- Experience working with Relational Databases and setting up data integrity and compliance framework.
- Experience gathering business requirements, writing BRDs, and developing functional specifications.
- Experience in identifying business improvements and working with staff to formulate solutions.
- Experience in managing the development, implementation, testing and adoption of these solutions.
- Agile experience with using such tools as Jura and Confluence is highly preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills.
