We are searching for a Fleet Workshop Manager based at our Brisbane Airport location. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities within the workshop repairs and servicing facility. This position involves managing a team of mechanics, support staff and external repairers to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of servicing and repairs to our heavy vehicles and machinery.

**What you’ll bring**
- Diesel Mechanic / Fitter trade qualifications (or similar)
- Intimate knowledge of heavy vehicles and earthmoving machinery
- Previous experience managing workshops or fleet maintenance services
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships quickly
- A deep commitment to a Zero Harm culture where you lead by example
