We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Night Supervisor.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products
- Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Putting the WOW in everything you do
- Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
- Going the extra mile for our Customers
- Running the service department assisting the online department
- Processing daily admin tasks
- Handling customer complaints & enquiries
- Cash handling and nightly closing procedures
- Customer service
- Stock & supplies replenishment
- Printing & preparing price tickets for multiple departments
- Mentoring, training & coaching team members
- Assisting the store nightly pack up
- Will have previous customer service experience,
- Enjoy working in a customer service environment
- Like being around others and creating an enjoyable place to work
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about your displays and the variety of fresh abundance on display
- Is flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days
