The Opportunity
In line with our growth, we are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator based in our Adelaide Head Office. This is a newly created role designed to support our Construction Manager with the coordination of the HV Electrician team and day to day administration tasks. This is an interesting and varied role; no two days will be the same
**You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including**:
**Administrative Support & Scheduling**: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and provide general project admin support.
**Resource & Project Coordination**: Assist with resource allocation, project tracking, and documentation.
**Enterprise Agreement Expertise**: Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries related to the Enterprise Agreement.
**Training & Meeting Coordination**: Organize training sessions and attend meetings, taking minutes as required.
**Leave & Vehicle Management**: Process leave requests and assist with vehicle allocations.
**Quality Assurance**: Support document audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
**Ad-Hoc Tasks**: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.

About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
- Experience working in a similar role (engineering or construction industry experience highly advantageous)
- Advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High organisation and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Adaptable, willing to take on new tasks and show initiative
