This fabulous OSHC service is a renowned NFP organisation and prides itself on building positive interactions and enriching experiences for children. The service fosters each child’s self-esteem by encouraging activities, based on their interests and development as individuals. They encourage children to become active learners through thinking investigating, exploring and problem solving. Their program is built on positive interactions, enriching experiences, and providing a safe, happy, and empowering environment. They are now keen to welcome an experienced, passionate, and motivated Assistant Programme Manager at OSHC which is based in a school in Ryde.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant OSHC experience OR Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Excellent social and communication skills with high values of Catholic ethos.
- Valid working with children's check and first aid certificate.

**What you'll get in return***
- Working Hours will be 7-9 am in Before school care & 2:15- 6:15 pm in After school hour care.
- Work 30 hrs / week offering $30 - $37 / hr depending on you.
- Free onsite parking.
- 1 hr paid programming time / day.
