**About the role**:

- Pay $40-$43ph plus allowances and super
- Opportunity to take on Educational leader responsibility.
- Part-time (35 hours per week) or full-time (38 hours per week) available
- 4 days split shifts and 1 day block shift
- Ongoing training and development
- You will be well supported by an experienced and knowledgeable Management team
- Internally you have the support of a 2IC / Educational Leader and a pool of enthusiastic educators

**About you**:

- Positive, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented
- Compassionate, inclusive, and understanding towards vulnerable community members
- Creative and flexible to role demands

- Knowledgeable about legislation and regulations relevant to OSHC
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a school, aged care, or education center
- Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating programs for children aged 5 to 12 years in a care or education setting

**Pre-requisites**:

- Preferred or willing to obtain First Aid and Identify & Respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm
- Preferred Diploma or Certificate IV Children’s Services, OOSH, Recreation; or Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching
