This family operated OSHC provider has been established in the local community for many years and has a great reputation. The owners are very passionate about their 3 services: 1 Long Day Care and 2 OSHC.
They have a stable & close knit team who work hard and value each other. There is a lovely sense of community and team culture.

**Your new role**
We are looking for an OSHC Coordinator to join their 45 place OSHC in Botany. You will work with 3 established, passionate, friendly and long standing permanent employees who are a 'responsible person' for the service and offer great support.

As Coordinator you will manage the day to day operations of the centre, this includes commuting with families and the school. You will also drive the quality of the program in line with MTOP and the NQF.
The company have admin support so enrolments and finances wont form a large part of your role.

The hours are flexible and you can work between 32 - 38 hours per week with the option of 3 block shifts per week.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Certificate III/ Diploma in children's services / OSHC
- Experienced unqualified OSHC professionals are also encouraged to apply
- A good knowledge of MTOP & NQF
- A passion for OSHC and a collaborative team player
- Looking for your next long term role within this supportive and friendly company
