Looking to take the next step in your Childcare career? **Earlyhood Education and Childcare **have an exciting opportunity for an **OOSH/OSHC Coordinator**, located in a bright and spacious centre in Rockdale.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a professional, dedicated and organised individual, who is confident in managing a vibrant team of Educators. This is a fixed term opportunity for **6 months, with a strong potential to extend to permanent for the right person**.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day operations of the centre and delivering the exceptional service our client is known for. You will be leading and mentoring a team of Educators, and building lasting relationships with your team, parents and members of the school community.

**To be a Successful Applicant you Must**:

- Show clear and strong leadership skills and have a genuine passion and love for working with children
- Be dedicated and passionate about delivering the best childcare service and experience possible
- Have excellent communication skills with all parents, children and team members
- Previous experience working with children of all ages
- Previous experience in leadership and management is essential
- Hold a Cert 3 or Diploma in Education and Care
- A valid WWC and First aid certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
