Our client, is a brand new multidisciplinary Healthcare Centre. They provide a comprehensive range of services to their patients

An opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Business/Practice Manager to lead the team and be an integral part of their success.

The key focus of the role is to provide expert advice, guidance and support in overseeing the management of the daily operations of the practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and managing a team of doctors, administration and nursing staff
- Management of workflow and mentoring of staff
- Reviewing policies and procedures and implementing and ongoing evaluation of changes
- Providing ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the practice
- Ensuring the delivery and standard of the organisation's processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and accommodate the future growth of the practice
- Nurturing and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the medical field
- Create a positive culture, onboarding of staff and integration of new doctors
- Evaluating marketing plans and business development
- Stakeholder management

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous management experience working in a similar medical setting
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Practice Management or HR/Business Management studies will be highly regarded
- Confident user of MS Office Packages
- Sound knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule including DVA, workers compensation billings and payments
- An understanding or experience in accreditation and standards
- Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team
- Proactive approach to decision making and problem solving
- High level of communication skills written and verbal
- Previous experience managing staff
- Business acumen and financial management skills
- Strong IT skills, proficiency in Genie, integrated software, and financial software MYOB or Xero is desirable
