At Princess Polly, our Supply Chain Team is at the heart of bringing trends to life. From production to freight, we keep the wheels turning so our customers can get their must-have styles, fast. As our new Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll be hands-on with the data and details that make it all possible. Supporting our merch, production, logistics, and social responsibility teams while learning the ins and outs of a global supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining accurate product and supplier data across multiple systems to support compliance and reporting.
- Becoming the subject matter expert for RFID, including supplier support, order management, and troubleshooting.
- Supporting supplier communications, onboarding documentation, and administrative processes.
- Updating and cross-checking logistics, production, and compliance data across various reporting tools.
- Providing support across production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance functions as required.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Sharp admin skills, with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, G-Drive, and preferably inventory management systems.
- A detail-obsessed, organised, and proactive approach with a love for getting things right. Clear, confident communication skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
- A positive, team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow in the supply chain.
