**Role**
Reporting directly to the COO, this newly appointed Head of Supply Chain will be a member of the organisation's senior leadership team, however, it is still a hands-on leadership position.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.
- Oversee a team of 6 across procurement, demand & supply planning, customer service, logistics and logistics processes
- Management of the S&OP process
- Contract management of 3PL service level agreements for transport and storage
- Manage Import and Export logistics process
- Champion the implementation of a fully integrates ERP system and introducing associated technologies to maximise performance

**Skills / experience**
- Recent experience in an end to end supply chain management position
- Experience working Food Manufacturing
- You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency and a passion for driving change
- A thorough understanding of ERP functionality, experience implementing an ERP system will be highly beneficial
- Strong leadership skills and proven success developing high performing teams
