**FEMALE CANTONSESE SUPPORT WORKER**
- Communicating frequently with the patients so as to be able to identify their needs and attend to them accordingly
- Making sure that appointments are made and adhered to
- Being responsible for the well-being and safety of patients under care
- Interacting respectfully with patients
- Keep all matters related to patients or their families confidential at all times
- Extend support/care period if the need arises.
**Desired experience**:
- Good communication skills are a must-have
- He/she must have good interpersonal skills so as to be able to easily identify the needs of patient
- Ability to understand and be patient/calm irrespective of provocation from patients being cared for or supported.
- Must be compassionate when carrying out duties
- Flexibility in work patterns and schedule is of great importance
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- He/she must display a great level of trust and honesty at all times.
- Must be able to adapt to different conditions and cases.
**Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Certificate III in Disability Support or relevant industry qualification
- NDIS Worker Check
- Working With Children Check
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Eligible working rights in Australia
- Current driver’s license and a fully insured and reliable motor vehicle
- Knowledge about using app on smart phone.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
