Female Chinese carer required to assist a female client who resides in Bankstown, with accessing the community.

Successful applicants are those who:

- Are available at least 2 days / week for work and as needed by the client.
- Are available to start work from next week.
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's License and have a reliable car
- Are willing to drive up to an hour for work.

**Qualification required**:

- Australian Driver's License & reliable car
- Certificate III Disability or higher (preferrable)
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Reliability and flexibility

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in the following areas: activities that assist consumers in meeting their Individual Support Plan needs.
- Develop, maintain, and track each client's progress with progress notes, medication dispensing/administering, and other pertinent information by the end of each work shift.
- Document and record activities, client response to these activities, regulatory requirements, and service requirements by the end of each work shift.
- Communicate and establish appropriate relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Follow the Workplace Health and Safety, procedures and instructions of the organisation.
- Any other duties as directed by Managers and Team Leaders

Pay: $30.00 per hour
