- Ability to provide personal care, exercise and domestic care to the clients who live with disability.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organizational ability
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
- Available time from 9am to 12pm everyday.
- Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred)

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in doing exercise for disability people is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability or Community Service is an advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a must or willing to obtain this document.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, NDIS Worker clearance check and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Base pay**

From $30.61 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $38.08 per hour

- Rotating roster
