**The Role**:

As our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Advisor you’ll be instrumental in bringing our ESG framework to life. You’ll be supporting the development of governance mechanisms that ensure we are effectively monitoring, managing, and reporting on our social and environmental impacts, and implementing process improvements to help us to continue to implement our ESG framework. This position is suited to someone with strong analytical skills, with great attention to detail.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation of our ESG strategy, ensuring the appropriate governance mechanisms are in place to help us to meet our strategic objectives.
- Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of ESG policies, systems, processes and training.
- Supporting our ongoing ESG reporting requirements, including stakeholder requests for information, customer bids and questionnaires, and ESG indices submissions.
- Overseeing the implementation of our environmental emissions strategy which includes better understanding our current state to be able to provide more tangible and realistic actions.
- Contributing to our annual ESG report.
- Driving the enhancement of ESG related data and performance reporting.
- Delivering ESG performance analytics and insights to support the business at a predetermined cadence.
- Overseeing the introduction and success of our ESG Governance Committee.
- Working with SMEs and working groups to help amplify/support successful roll out and implementation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications within Environment, Sustainability relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role, within construction ideally.
- A degree of commercial and operational acumen to ensure that initiatives support continued operational growth whilst having a positive impact on ESG initiatives.
- Proven analytical and data processing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of best-practice sustainability reporting frameworks, with previous experience in emissions quantification, assurance, and reporting preferred.
- Change management experience introducing ESG initiatives and/or governance mechanisms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Ability to partner across the business to provide support and execute on ESG initiatives.
- Current Drivers licence
