**Location**: Predominantly Caboolture/ Strathpine - but our People Culture and Safety team work throughout the various locations in our region as required to support the organisation.
- $73,561 - $80,265pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- 9 day fortnight
- Flexible, hybrid work environment with a component of Work From Home available
**About our opportunity**
As part of our People Experience team, the People & Culture Officers provide day to day advice and support to the business on matters that relate to the employee lifecycle.
As a People & Culture Officer and member of the People Experience team you will:
- Provide day to day human resource advice and information to leaders and team members in relation to performance management, organisational design and other matters related to the end to end employee lifecycle.
- Interpret awards and legislation to provide advice and support to leaders on employment related matters.
- Proactively provide coaching and training to leaders and team members on policies and processes and promote compliance.
- Assist in the management of performance matters and/or staffing complaints quickly and impartially, escalating them within the team as appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and work in a collaborative team environment to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of human resources advice to leaders and team members.
- Support with data analysis, including the preparation, analysis and interpretation of reports as required.
- Partner with the broader People, Culture and Safety team to support the development and delivery of special projects as required to deliver the People strategy.

- Sound knowledge and experience providing generalist human resources advice in medium to large organisations.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- High-level interpersonal skills to deliver advice, coaching and guidance with a strong focus on providing quality customer service to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong people and relationship management skills with the ability to positively work in a team environment communicating and engaging effectively at all levels of the organisation.
