**Responsibilities**
MSF Australia is on a transformation journey, with training playing a major part of elevating the skills and knowledge of our organisation. Acting as the 2IC to the L&D Manager this key position will support the design and delivery of tailored training programs. You will work cross functionally to identify and assess training needs and create documentation to support this need.
The role will work closely with the L&D Administrator to ensure all training is coordinated, booked and executed efficiently.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this key role you will have proven experience in a similar training or L&D role and will be motivated by ongoing learning and taking on broader L&D responsibilities. Ideally you can demonstrate:
- Excellent knowledge of learning systems (Piiq, LinkedIn Learning, Workday);
- Prior experience with HR and L&D projects;
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication and administration skills;
- and, a passion for being a part of a NFP organisation.
