**Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding general enquiries about our products and services.
- Deliver timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their enquiry.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and proactively tailor solutions based on the customer’s needs.
- Contribute to the overall performance and growth of the team.
- Support operational functions of the business.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational, administrative & Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
