Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Assistant and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team,assist customers with inquiries, help date entry, help order picking, and ensure smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales and CS.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and online.

Support the sales team in maintaining and updating customer database/FreshO/MYOB and sales record.

Handle cusotmer compalints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist with inventory management, restocking, order picking, and organizing displays.

Provide input on improving sales strategies and customer service practices.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

**Requirements**:
Excellent comunication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMsoftware.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.

We will provide enough training until you feel confortable to stay. We have full of young people in the workplace. There is some physical work involved in the moring but not too much.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
