As a Residential Care Sales Consultant with Anglicare, you’ll support families with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of care and maintaining strong occupancy in our Residential Care Homes.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months based out of Anglicare Hub, Macquarie Park.

Your opportunity- Guide families and residents through requirements under the new Aged Care Act with empathy and professionalism- Deliver on targets for allocated Residential Care Homes- Ensure accurate completion of contracts, agreements and databases-
- Support events and presentations to promote Anglicare Residential Care- Ensure compliance with Anglicare’s policies, safe work practices and WHS standards

What you’ll bring- Strong and demonstrable sales experience- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with families and referral partners- Experience with Microsoft Office and databases- Organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines- A compassionate, professional approach aligned to Anglicare’s mission and values- A valid driving license preferred not mandatory
