**Nick Scali Furniture **is seeking a self-motivated and efficient **Online Furniture Sales Consultant **to work in with our team at the Macquarie Park Head Office.** Nick Scali **is one of Australia's leading furniture retailers and has experienced significant growth in the last 12 months in their Online & E-Commerce team.

People are spending more time browsing online and are needing to upgrade their furniture, so **Nick Scali** is experiencing great sales growth This newly created opportunity offers career progression and an attractive incentive package.

**We want to hear from you if you**:

- Have experience in sales and/or retail, particularly managing customer enquiries through to resolution and/or purchase
- Are technology savvy with proficiency across the Microsoft suite
- Posses a self starter attitude with an ability to work autonomously
- Have a friendly disposition and a customer centric focus with an ability to problem solve customer issues
- Have a keen willingness to learn new tools and up-skill across the broader digital marketing ecosystem
- Are familiar with e-commerce and furniture experience is a plus

**Your role is about**:

- Liaising with inbound customer enquiries and close furniture sales
- Monitoring customer reviews and following up promptly for case resolution (google review, product review etc.)
- Utilisation of internal tools & systems to track, monitor and resolve customer queries & issues
- Assessment and conversion of customers enquiries to potential purchases
- Ability to make 3-4k commission a month
- Only compulsory weekends to work are End of PR and Extension week, rest is optional
- No ticketing, cleaning, showroom maintenance and general daily tasks, **JUST SELL**
