Based in Melbourne CBD, this leading Automotive and Data Warehousing company are currently looking to grow their collaborative Service Desk team.
**About the role**
Due to internal growth this is a brand new IT Support Analyst role to play an integral part in delivering high quality support across multiple sites in Australia. This role would suit someone with some experience in a service desk environment that is eager to get stuck in to a close knit service team and accelerate their career.
- Day to day duties include;_
- Create and maintain user accounts for internal access
- Install and configure IT Hardware and devices
- Provide Internal IT Support for both Mac and Windows devices
- Conduct ongoing system maintenance and updates
**About you**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Previous experience in an IT support position
- Ability to install and configure IT Hardware
- Management of Active Directory, MS Exchange, SCCM
- Team focused with an approachable personality
