**The Team**

Our client's insurance practice group is recognised as one of the leading insurance teams in Australia. The group regularly represents insurers and reinsurers in a broad range of insurance law matters including class actions, directors' and officers' liability, professional indemnity, property and industrial special risks (ISR), and product and public liability.

**The Role**

They are looking for a Solicitor/Associate for their high performing Sydney insurance team.

This role will see you work closely with a leading partner on an interesting and broad mix of **_general insurance matters, _**public liability** **claims and historical abuse claims**. You will gain experience with investigating claims, briefing experts and Counsel and you will gain experience with the NSW Courts and hearing process.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in injury claims (non-statutory)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to develop your career and professional networks in the Insurance industry
