**Your new role**

As the Emergency Response Lead / Coordinator your role will include the following;
- Help simplify ER practices and procedures ahead of construction
- Support the development of an integrated site wide emergency response strategy, ready for when the site is operating.
- Redesign the incident management team strategy to be appropriate for Major Project Construction purposes, and transition to an operating site.
- Coordinate rescue team to ensure capability and efficiency across site
- Develop, schedule and execute appropriate training

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong understanding of Emergency response standards and best practices
- Strong process improvement and organisational skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Cert 4 Training and Assessment.
- Cert IV Healthcare or above with at least 2+ years’ experience in a clinical or emergency capacity
