The Role:

As a Emergency Services Supervisor, your role will be crucial in contributing to the uncompromised delivery of emergency response capabilities on site. 

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating emergency response activities, including planning, training, and execution of emergency response procedures. 

The Emergency Services Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other emergency response agencies and organisations to ensure the effective management of emergency situations. 

To succeed in this role, you must possess below essential qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Health Care or higher
  • Certificate III Emergency Response & Rescue
  • Undertake Vertical Rescue
  • Undertake Confined Space rescue
  • Operate Breathing Apparatus Open Circuit
  • Undertake Road Crash Rescue
  • Hazmat (PUAFIR324, PUAFIR306, PUAFIR308)
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Valid WA security license
  • HLTPAT005 Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
  • HR driver's license
  • PUAVEH001 Drive Vehicles Under Operational Conditions
  • RIIVEH305F Operate & maintain a 4WD Vehicle
  • Gas Test Atmospheres
  • Work Safely at Heights
  • Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • 2+ years mine site experience
  • Previous experience in leading a team with similar responsibilities
  • Certificate IV in Emergency Response Coordination / Management (highly regarded)
