I-TeleRAD is our teleradiology reporting service which has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.

**The Role**:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to support our night shift administrators. Based in Glen Waverley, we have a permanent position available working between the core hours of 11:30pm to 8:00am or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. You will manage day-to-day line activities, prioritise and make risk and impact assessments within existing processes, manage rosters and absenteeism in conjunction with workforce planning.

This is a role where you will be working on a rotating roster of 7 days on and 7 days off. You will receive a base hourly rate and additional loading allowances.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholder
- Manage administrative team during after hour’s operations by organising and monitoring workload and processes.
- Providing excellent customer service whilst responding to telephone enquiries

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous medical administration experience (highly desirable), radiology experience (ideal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of accurate results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
