You'll be surrounded by a robust leadership structure Key responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of **Occupational Therapists**, **Physiotherapists** and **Exercise Physiotherapists** providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. - Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review. - Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals. - Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI’s are met across the team. - Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers. - Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you - spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients **Your Next Step** At Rehab Management and Arriba Group we aim to protect you and our clients therefore we require all potential employees to undergo a number of compliance and qualification checks.
