**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in **Occupational Therapy**, **Physiotherapy,**or **Exercise Physiotherapy** & Full registration with **AHPRA**/ **ESSA**:

- At least **two year's experience**in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in an **Occupational Rehabilitation** setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished and highly experienced senior consultants with mentoring/leadership experience)

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of **Occupational Therapists**, **Physiotherapists** and **Exercise Physiotherapists** providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
- Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals.
- Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI’s are met across the team.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
- Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you - spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
