**Job Purpose**: The Organisation and Methods Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and developing organisational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in our continuous efforts to optimize operational methods and workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing business processes, systems, and structures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and recommend new methods, processes, and systems to improve organisational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to implement effective solutions and organizational changes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of process improvements and the outcomes achieved.
- Utilise statistical and data analysis tools to support recommendations and track performance.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
- Train and guide staff on new systems or processes as part of change management initiatives.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
