**About the Role**

We are seeking hard working, skilled labourers to work across our Large Boats Pre-Paint clean/ preparation department. Duties will include prepping, cleaning and sanding boats,preparing aluminium surfaces for painting. This role is responsible for ensuring that our boats are prepped and cleaned to the highest standard possible before they are painted.

These are full time, permanent roles working 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/ wk) with overtime and occasional Saturday work available.

**Skills and experience**
- Cleaning, Sanding, grinding, buffing & prepping boat hulls and weld lines
- Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Work within the established workplace health & safety polices
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Full Australian working rights
- Have your own reliable transport and driver’s license
- Attention to detail and take pride in work
