**Your Role**:
As a **Business Support Officer - Scheduling**, you will:
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and support staff.
- Coordinate and maintain client schedules across multiple programs.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support staff engagement by ensuring they receive accurate, timely information.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Participate in an **on-call rotating roster**, earning additional allowances for your availability.

- A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a health or community setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and client management systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotating roster, with additional allowances.
