Your new role

As the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and site staff, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Providing administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Handling document control, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with accounts and invoicing support (depending on experience)

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Local knowledge of Southwest Sydney and ability to commute to the office
