**About the Role**
The roles objective is to smoothly manage administration and liaison in preparation for Medium Density construction projects. Working closely with the sales team, drafting team, estimating team and management to efficiently and effectively progress projects into their construction phase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- First point of contact for customers throughout the pre construction process
- Run client meetings
- Contribute to the efficient and effective progression of projects into starting construction

**About You**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a construction role
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and accountable character
