We are active in the provision of a comprehensive range of social welfare services, catering the needs from cradle to seniors, including residential aged care, home ageing, settlement and health, vocational and training, disability services, child care and many more community-based services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled talent to fill the above position in our organization.

**Position Summary**:
The position is responsible for the management and smooth operation of the information system of the Home Ageing Services (HAS) Unit of the organisation. It also involves providing administrative assistance and support to managers and supervisors.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Using the Customer Relationship Management Software to prepare Budget/Invoices /Statements/Unspent Fund/Claiming/termination calculation for clients;
- Assisting in transition to another CRM system, e.g. AlayaCare;
- Preparing data reports to the Finance Team and provide support in preparing payroll documents;
- Updating and filing records and documents including legal requirements under Privacy Act;
- Supervising and monitoring the work of volunteer in delivering of services;
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office and other general office admin duties.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualification and/ or Certificate or diploma in IT, office work or accounting;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Good communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills;
- Ability to pay attention to details;
- Computer literacy, including use of CRM, word-processing, spreadsheet, and internet;
- Ability to work as a team and independently;
- Possess valid police check certificate or is able to obtain the certificates prior to employment;
- At least two doses of COVID-19 Vaccination.

**Desirable**
- Experience in AlayaCare System, Telstra Health information management system, or other information management systems;
- Able to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluently.

Salary and employment conditions for the above position is as per Enterprise Agreement. Salary packaging is available. Discount child care fees are available for CASS’s long day care, before and after school, and vacation care services.
