McLean Farms is a family-owned business with a reputation for quality. We are seeking Food Process Operators to for the production of food products ensuring that the finished goods meet customer and quality standards

**To be successful in these roles, you will possess the following attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment
- Current valid drivers’ licence
- A strong work ethic, reliable, punctual and motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team, but be able to work autonomously when required
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to carry out a range of different tasks
- A high level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Willingness to strictly adhere to the required animal welfare guidelines and regulations
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety, bio-security and operational requirements
- Willingness to follow all Quality Control Procedures
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values
- You are physically fit and can perform a range of activities including climbing ladders and steps, moving heavy objects using correct lifting and manual handling techniques and tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, balancing and reaching overhead

You may be required to work reasonable overtime to meet operational demands

**Mclean Farms conducts random drug and alcohol testing across it's sites**

**You must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home, and you must not regularly come into contact with birds, pigs or poultry in order to work at McLean Farms**
