McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pelletiser Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and play a key role in our production processes. If you have experience operating heavy equipment, a commitment to maintaining high standards, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate various machinery to handle materials.
- Load pellets onto transport vehicles using forklifts.
- Turn and combine windrow materials using specialised turning equipment.
- Water windrows using a high-reach water truck.
- Screen products using a front-end loader and screen.
- Load plant hoppers to ensure seamless production.
- Conduct daily routine maintenance, including machinery and plant pre-start checks.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in operating machinery such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and turning equipment is essential. You must hold the appropriate tickets and licences.
- Warehousing and Storage knowledge is desired.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to conduct routine maintenance and follow operational guidelines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist with general site housekeeping.
