Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people **Description**: About the role This is a casual role, working up to 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 4:00pm at our Pittsworth location. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing line requirements that are aligned to achieve production targets. You will embrace challenges, be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment our culture and our values. **Responsibilities**: - Performing pre-operative checks and equipment set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule. - Working in High Care, Low Care and Boxing Room areas - Machine operation and trouble shooting - Following all work instructions - Perform on-line Quality checks - Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment - Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s - Assisting in other areas of the factory when required **To be successful in this role, you will need**: - Previous experience with process work in the food industry, FMCG background preferred - Experience with HACCP and GMP (desirable) - Written and verbal communication skills - Strong work ethic - Ability to work within a team - Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures. - Certificate 3 in Food Processing (desirable) What can we offer you? - A great company culture - Competitive remuneration - Free annual flu shots - A paid day off each year to celebrate your Birthday - Reward and Recognition program - Opportunity for personal and professional development - Monthly breakfast supplied No agencies please.
