At Dutton Automotive, we’re on the hunt for a fun, organised, and energetic Office Coordinator (or as we like to say, our Vibe Officer) to help bring energy, structure, and good vibes to our Burnley office.
This part-time role is Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, giving you the flexibility to keep your mornings or afternoons free - perfect for school runs, side projects, study, or just having a life.
**Qualifications**
- Organised, proactive and approachable
- A natural people-person who loves bringing a team together
- Comfortable juggling a few things at once (without dropping the ball)
- Happy in a fast-paced, professional (but not stuffy) environment
- Someone who takes pride in being the glue that holds everything together
- A good communicator with a sense of humour and a ‘no task too small’ mindset
**Additional Information**
This isn’t just admin - it’s about being the go-to person who keeps everything ticking along and brings people together.
- Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Keeping supplies stocked and office facilities in shape
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks and good humour
- Liaising with freight, facilities, and suppliers
- Uploading invoices and managing the office budget
- Planning and coordinating events like team lunches, fundraisers or birthday celebrations
- Bringing a can-do attitude and positive energy into every room you walk into
