**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

As our passionate Retail Risk Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of retail related risks across the NSW and QLD region, with specific focus in the areas of shrinkage inventory accuracy, risk related audits, and execution of theft and fraud investigations.
- Deliver Optimum Stock Accuracy & Shrinkage Levels
- Audit and Compliance Management
- Identify and Investigate Adverse Activity
- Develop, Implement and Deliver Retail Risk Training Initiatives
- Ensure a Safe & Healthy Work Environment

Given the global scale of the Forever New business there are requirements to travel interstate and potentially overseas and be available for meeting during time zone crossover times when required.

Get excited to:

- Provide a highly visible support to the Retail Management teams in shrinkage reduction, in line with the Group Risk strategy.
- Actively educate Team Members on prevention measures for theft and instill a culture of prevention
- Liaise with police and third parties to ensure Forever New receives assistance and support in relation to external theft and subsequent prosecutions.
- Complete and communicate regular compliance audits across the business to ensure operational standards are being met and loss exposure is minimised by adherence to all Retail Risk Policies and Processes.
- Ensure an adequate level of compliance audits are completed throughout the region as directed by Senior Retail Risk Manager
- Identify security vulnerabilities within company locations and make recommendations for corrective action including identifying exposures where a written procedure is required to prevent or minimise risk
- Actively identify and investigate any potential theft and fraud within the business through utilising internal reports, ensuring all stages are documented accordingly
- Review compliance audits and RFID counts to detect any fraudulent activity or risks to the business, investigate accordingly and reccomend appropriate action
- Training and education of the Retail Teams in all matters pertaining to Retail Risk
- Perform training sessions at a store level to increase theft awareness and prevention. Session to be delivered both in person, and over digital platforms

- Data analytics in relation to identifying fraud
- Retail experience
- Inventory management understanding
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage in a multi site role
- Compilation of police briefs and prosecution requirements
